When we delivered this website to client for beta testing we did not have any problems. Then we made the client to test the website with real time customers.
That's when we got the feedback that customers found the mobile verison of the website difficult to use. Also the client gave us the report that it was very hard to explain to her customers as her customers were not able to find the hidden data. They did not realize that they have to press the button at the top corner for finding the information.
So, we had to change the website back to the normal web design from the responsive web design.
